A DAY IN THE LIFE

A day at JWL

※ チーム編成・天候等により変更になる場合があります。

07:00〜

Wake Up

The day opens with time to check in with your body and get your head in the game. A quiet reset before a long day of baseball, training, and learning.

07:30〜8:00

On the Field

Teams arrive for warmups and the daily briefing. International players and seasoned pros share the same dirt — the intensity climbs before first pitch.

09:00〜11:00

Game 1

You take the field for your team's game of the day (one game per day). Tracking data and video are captured throughout the game. Every pitch, swing, and read on the basepaths becomes part of how you're evaluated — and how you move forward. * Time outside your own team's game is yours to use freely.

11:30〜

Lunch

Refuel, recover, and reset before the afternoon. The conversations over lunch — with teammates and staff — are part of the experience too.

12:00〜14:00

Game 2

You take the field for your team's game of the day (one game per day). Through real game action against different pitchers and hitters, you build the ability to adapt — and a clearer sense of where you currently stand. * Time outside your own team's game is yours to use freely.

14:00〜16:30

Individual Work

Players attack the day's issues while the feedback is still fresh. Hitting, fielding, pitching, strength — built around each athlete's goals.

16:30〜17:30

Level-Up Program

An evening session for data literacy, career planning, and the technical side of the game. The work off the field is part of the experience too.
