PRIVACY POLICY

Japan League Inc. (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) has established this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) regarding the protection of your personal information, and will appropriately handle personal information in accordance with this Policy.

Terms used in this Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “APPI”).

Article 1 (Information We Collect and How We Collect It)

1. We collect the following personal information. (1) Information you provide to us Name, gender, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, and any other information that you voluntarily enter or provide through our services. (2) Information we collect from your use of our services (a) Payment information Payment information generated through our services, as well as billing and payment information provided to a third-party payment service provider when payment processing is outsourced, and any other information related to payment. (b) Information obtained via integrations with external services The IDs you use on external services, and any other information that you have authorized to be disclosed to integrated parties through the privacy settings of those external services. 2. We will not obtain personal information by deception or by other improper means. If we obtain information from a source other than your use of our services, we will notify you of the purpose of use in advance or publish it.

Article 2 (Purposes of Use)

1. We will appropriately handle personal information obtained through your use of our services within the scope of the following purposes. We will not use personal information beyond the scope of these purposes without your consent. (1) To register users for our services, authenticate users when accessing our services, and manage user accounts. (2) To provide our services and related after-sales support. (3) To bill for our services. (4) To prevent and respond to fraud and other improper activity. (5) To maintain and operate our services. (6) To research and analyze marketing data, and to plan and implement marketing activities. (7) To provide, solicit, advertise, and otherwise market our or third parties' products and services. (8) To run campaigns, prize draws, and surveys. (9) To improve our services and to plan, research, and develop new services. (10) To respond to inquiries and otherwise communicate with you. (11) To provide personal information to third parties using the methods described in this policy. 2. We may process the personal information we obtain into anonymously processed information (as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 9 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information; the same applies below) or statistical information that no longer identifies an individual, and use that information. When we create anonymously processed information, we will publish the categories of personal information it contains on our website or by other appropriate means.

Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)

As a general rule, we will not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent. However, in any of the following cases, we may provide personal information to third parties without your consent to the extent permitted by applicable law: (1) Where we have obtained your consent to do so. (2) Where required by law. (3) Where necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain your consent. (4) Where particularly necessary to improve public health or to promote the sound upbringing of children, and it is difficult to obtain your consent. (5) Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government body, or a person commissioned by such a body, in performing functions prescribed by law, and obtaining your consent would impede the performance of those functions. (6) Other cases permitted by law.

Article 4 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling)

Within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use, we may outsource the handling of all or part of the personal information we have obtained to third parties. In such cases, we will, in advance, enter into a non-disclosure agreement with the outsourcing partner with content equivalent to this policy, and will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision so that the outsourcing partner maintains appropriate security controls over the information.

Article 5 (Joint Use)

We may jointly use personal information we have obtained with partner businesses and other third parties to the extent necessary to provide cooperative services. In such cases, we will publish in advance the categories of information to be jointly used, the scope of joint users, the purposes of use of joint users, and the name of the person responsible for managing the relevant information.

Article 6 (Security Measures)

1. To prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to otherwise protect your information, we implement necessary and appropriate measures for the safe management of your information, including access controls to personal information files and anonymously processed information, limiting access rights to the minimum necessary persons, and installing security software to prevent unauthorized external access. 2. We will appropriately manage personal information and continuously improve our practices.

Article 7 (Your Rights — Disclosure, Correction, and Other Requests)

We will respond to requests for disclosure and similar requests (i.e. requests for notification of the purpose of use; disclosure of personal information or records of third-party provision; correction, addition, or deletion; and suspension of use or suspension of third-party provision) as set out below. (1) Notification of the Purpose of Use, or Disclosure of Personal Information or Records of Third-Party Provision You may, by following the procedure set out in (4) below, request that we notify you of the purpose of use, or disclose your personal information or records of third-party provision, to the extent permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. However, we may decline to disclose information in any of the following cases: (i) Where disclosure could harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of you or a third party. (ii) Where disclosure could materially impede the proper conduct of our business. (iii) Where disclosure would violate applicable law. (iv) Where we cannot confirm that the request was made by you in person. A disclosure fee, as set out in (4) below, applies to requests for notification of the purpose of use or for disclosure of personal information or records of third-party provision. (2) Correction, Addition, or Deletion You may, by following the procedure set out in (4) below, request that we correct, add to, or delete your personal information. In such cases, we will, within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, promptly investigate and, based on the results, correct, add to, or delete the relevant personal information to the extent permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. (3) Suspension of Use or Suspension of Third-Party Provision You may, by following the procedure set out in (4) below, request that we suspend the use or third-party provision of your personal information. In such cases, we will respond appropriately in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. (4) Procedure To submit a request for disclosure or similar request, please complete our designated request form, enclose your identification documents, and mail it to the address we designate. For requests for notification of the purpose of use or for disclosure of personal information or records of third-party provision, a fee of JPY 1,000 (excluding tax) applies per request. Please remit the fee to the bank account stated in our reply. The fee also applies in cases of non-disclosure or non-notification of the purpose of use. (b) Identification documents ● Where the request is made by you in person - A copy of your identification document (any one of: My Number Card (front), driver's license, health insurance card, or passport). ● Where the request is made by a voluntary representative - A copy of your identification document (any one of the above). - A power of attorney. - A copy of the representative's identification document (any one of the above). ● Where the request is made by a statutory representative - A copy of your identification document (any one of the above). - A document confirming the existence of statutory representation (a family register transcript, or a certificate of registered matters of adult guardianship). - A copy of the representative's identification document (any one of the above). Article 8 (Amendments to This Policy)

1. We will review the operation of our information-handling practices from time to time and continually strive to improve them. We may amend this policy from time to time as necessary. 2. We will announce any amendments to this policy via our services, on our website, or by other clearly recognizable means. However, where an amendment requires your consent under applicable law, we will obtain your consent through a method separately determined by us.
